1. All base cabinets must be COMPLETELY INSTALLED (including panels).

2. All fixtures (and locations) included in your design must be present at the project site. We will bring these items back to the shop for integration with your stone. If the sinks and faucets are not present at templating, the lead-time for installation begins when we receive these items.

3. Areas to be measured should be cleared off prior to arrival. United Marble Fabricators is not responsible for clearing wood, tools, or any other debris from the templating area.

4. A job supervisor, contractor, or homeowner should be available onsite to answer any questions that may arise. The template is our photograph of your custom stone design, and every detail must be articulated to our staff exactly. Remember: This is our first time on site; nothing is assumed.

5. Any necessary joint locations will be pointed out at this time. (A joint/seam is leveled and shimmed during installation. The areas are then filled with a colored chalking.)
